This Intellectual Property / Copyright Policy sets forth the rights and responsibilities regarding the ownership, use, and protection of proprietary content, trademarks, service marks, and copyrighted materials. By accessing or using web-based services, users agree to comply with all applicable intellectual property laws and respect proprietary rights.

1. Ownership Rights: All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, audio clips, video clips, software code, and user interfaces, is the property of the provider or its licensors and is protected by domestic and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. License to Use: Subject to full compliance with this Policy and any other applicable terms, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view, download, and print content solely for personal or internal business purposes. 4. Copyright Infringement Notification: If a user believes that content available on services infringes upon their copyright, they may submit a written notification to designated agents identified within services. The notification must include:
a. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
b. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
c. Identification of infringing material with sufficient detail (e.g., URL);
d. Contact information for the complaining party, including address, telephone number, and email address;
e. A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized; and
f. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

5. Counter-Notification: If content has been removed or access disabled due to a copyright claim, the alleged infringer may submit a counter-notification to designated agents within services. The counter-notification must include:
a. A physical or electronic signature of the alleged infringer;
b. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its previous location;
c. A statement under penalty of perjury that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
d. The user’s contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address; and
e. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the user’s address or, if outside the United States, any judicial body where the service provider may be found, and consenting to accept service of process from the claimant.

6. Repeat Infringers: The provider will terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

7. License to Provider: By submitting any content (e.g., comments, feedback, suggestions, or user-generated content), users grant the provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly display such content for any purpose.

8. DMCA Compliance: The provider complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, including its safe harbor provisions, and will respond to valid takedown notices in accordance with the DMCA.

9. Enforcement: The provider reserves the right to investigate claims of infringement and take any appropriate action, including removal of infringing content, termination of user accounts, and initiating legal proceedings.

10. Updates: This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in legal requirements, technological developments, or business practices. Users are encouraged to review this Policy regularly. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
