9. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with these Terms, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption. In no event shall Provider’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Provider, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected to their use of services or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by applicable statutes and regulations. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration institution, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any referenced policies or documents, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Provider with respect to services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
